Quality Control
Considerations for the inspection include the fabric's appearance, weight, density, feel, pattern, color, breadth, length, weft skew, and weft arc.
In accordance with the tech pack, masters cut out the panels in the proper size and shape. Before sewing the ideal headwear, this is the fundamental stage.
The purpose of inspecting an in-line hat is to determine whether the process satisfies the tech pack standards in production in order to identify and address any potential quality issues beforehand.
